I'm so glad that nothing is really ever lost--- especially when it's me!
The busyness of Christmas can sometimes bring oodles of stress and kids have a way of cashing in on adults shattered nerves and fatigue. Listen with me as we go back in time to a fun story my sister Peggy tells in a most creative way and enjoy the scene of a couple of worried, frazzled parents whose child was "all tied up."
Of course, the best way to keep a handle on the seasonal grouchies is to center yourself on what really matters. In chapter four of my book, The Joy of Being Disorganized, it says "If you've spent any time watching kids play, you've seen joy!” It's spontaneous, and often without any notice of who's watching. Let's all try to find the peace and joy we deserve and never get all tied up in the stuff that gets us lost!
